Delivery Terms
Orders can be placed from Tbilisi as well as from other cities in Georgia.
We also allow you to place an order from any city in the world,  simply select your desired bouquet and specify the recipient in Georgia. You can choose or customize bouquets according to your preference.

Pre-Orders
You can place an order several days or even weeks in advance.
In this case, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of ordering.
The remaining amount is paid on the day of delivery, before the bouquet is sent.

Delivery Times
Tbilisi and surrounding areas
• Delivery is possible within 2-4 hours
• From 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Other regions
• Delivery is completed within a maximum of 10 hours from the time of order (depending on the region)

Same-Day Delivery
• For same-day delivery, orders must be placed no later than 8:00 PM
• Ready-made or mono bouquets are accepted until 10:00 PM

Delivery Fee
The delivery fee is determined individually, depending on the address, distance, and specific requirements.

If delivery cannot be completed on the recipient’s end, or if the customer refuses an already prepared bouquet, the payment is non-refundable, as the bouquet has already been created according to individual specifications.
